We are family owned & operated, serving southwest Kansas for the last 20+ years. We have dedicated our lives to serving you, the customer. We want you to have the best food and dining experience every time you come through our doors. We offer classic dinner options such as Mama's Meatloaf and Jennie Mae's Pot Roast. Our signature dish is our Hand Breaded, deep-fried Papa's Chicken Fried Steak served with our Homemade Mashed Potatoes with our Creamy Gravy and Buttered Green Beans. We have a combined 101 years in the restaurant business and even more years cooking good home-style family meals going back to when great-grandma and great-grandpa settled in Southwest Kansas in the early 1900's. Very fast and courteous service. My food was served very hot and fresh!! I had a Double Mushroom & Swiss Cheeseburger with Jalapeños and the Homemade Onion Rings. I was joyfully stuffed. What an awesome burger!!! And the onion rings were fabulous!!!!

First time in Liberal, KS. We stopped here for dinner, excellent dinner with great service. Their rolls SO good. We're from Texas, their sweet tea was great. We ordered the chicken fried steak plate and their hot plate (beef and brown gravy on white bread with mashed potatoes). Food all tasted like Grandma would make, we will be back if ever in Liberal again or pass thru!!!

We are so glad that we chose to eat at this incredible restaurant. There is a variety of meals that you can choose to order and one of my favorite things about this restaurant is that you can choose the portion size so you can get the lunch or dinner size depending on your hunger level. The food has amazing flavor! We both ordered the lunch size and we both left full.
